Fill up your pots until you have a small pile. push the pile towards the rim of the pot. Add water until \nsome drainage occurs. Watering should be based on the needs of the plant, depending on the pot size, growing conditions & the growth stage of the plant. Under usual \nconditions, rapidly growing adult plants evaporate 4-6 litres of water per day per m2 . For larger plants, use pots of at least five litres: the bigger the pot the more \nconstant the root environment.
